# Import / Export CSV

Before CSV Import, we recommend to create contact custom fields in the settings.&#x20;

### Step 1 - Go to Contacts > Click Import Contacts

### Step 2 - Download a Template

Download CSV Template to input contact data

### Step 3 - Prepare CSV Template File

### Step 4 - Upload your CSV File and Click Complete

### Step 5 - Finish Import

You will see successfully imported contacts
