Primary Routing Setup (Facebook & Instagram)
If you are not receiving full messages from your facebook / instagram, you need to setup as primary handover as in your facebook privacy setting. Please follow below step by step guides
Go to your Facebook Page and click Settings & Privacy (Switch Profile to your Business Page) > Advanced Messaging
Type Advanced Messaging in search box
Go to Advanced Messaging
Edit Connected Apps (Make sure to choose KLINK Omnichannel)
Enable All Messenger / Instagram In Permissions and save
Done. You will sucesfully receive all message from Facebook Messenger & Instagram to your klink.cloud Inbox
