Why I can’t make phone calls ? , How to add phone numbers ?

To get your virtual numbers up and running, please fill out our quick activation form. This helps us meet local telecom regulations. Most activations happen within 24-48 hours, though some countries may take a bit longer (up to 5-10 business days). If you need any help, your Account Manager is here to assist!


How to cancel my subscription?

We’re sorry to hear we didn’t meet your expectations. If you’d like assistance, our expert team is available to help you get the most out of our services. However, if you still wish to cancel, you can do so anytime by going to Settings > Manage Subscription.


Can I get refund?

We offer 7 day full refund policy. If you are not satisfied with our product or services, you can request refund within 7 days since you sign up. After 7 days, you can cancel your subscription under Setting > Manage Subscription


How my data are secured? Do you have any certificates?

K-LINK is ISO 27001 certified and securely hosted on AWS Cloud, with robust single sign-on (SSO) and access controls. Only you and your authorized team members can access your data, ensuring it remains protected and confidential at all times.


How about Call Quality ? Is there any delay for me

Your data is securely hosted on AWS Cloud, using the nearest AWS Local Zone to ensure optimal performance. For example, users in the US connect through AWS’s US Region, while those in APAC are served via the Singapore or Australia Regions. This setup provides fast, reliable access wherever you are.


Can I buy specific country phone number with Local Caller ID ?

Yes, you can buy our virtual phone numbers across all over the world. To get your virtual numbers up and running, please fill out our quick activation form


What is your countries coverage?

Is outbound call is unlimited?

In our Starter, Growth Plan, all calling minutes are Pay-As-You-Go. Which means you will Outbound calls are not unlimited in our Starter and Growth Plans. These plans operate on a Pay-As-You-Go basis, so you only pay for the minutes you use. You can easily top up your account balance, similar to a prepaid mobile plan. For detailed call rates, please visit our pricing page.

If you’re interested in an unlimited plan, please reach out to our Sales Team or your Account Manager, and we’ll customize a special package for you


How to check credit balance?

To check remaining credit balance, you will receive Billing Portal login information from our team. If you don't have billing portal access, please let us know or contact to your Account Manager to assist


How can I start dialing ?

To start dialing, you’ll first need to activate a virtual phone number:

1. Fill out our activation form here to comply with local telecom regulations.

2. Once submitted, most numbers are activated within 24-48 hours, though some countries may require 5-10 business days.

After activation, you’ll be all set to begin dialing!

Do you provide Free Numbers?

Yes, we provide one free virtual phone number for the United States or Canada to help you get started with worldwide calling. If you need a number from a different country, you can purchase one from our available options.

To activate your number, please fill out our activation form, which helps us meet local telecom regulations. For a full list of covered countries and pricing details, visit our coverage and pricing page.


Can I connect with my existing phone numbers ?

Yes, you can connect your existing phone numbers, PBX, or SIP Trunk with our platform through our BOYC (Bring Your Own Carrier) option. For setup and further assistance, please reach out to your Account Manager.


Do you support SMS ?

Yes, we support SMS! To start sending SMS, Brand Name registration is required. For more information or to add the SMS channel to your account, please contact your Account Manager or Sales Team.


Do you support WeChat channel ?

We currently don’t support a WeChat channel. However, it’s on our product roadmap, and we’re actively working on building this feature. Stay tuned for updates!
