# Microsoft Email Integration - Admin Consent Guide

### What's Happening?

When connecting Microsoft email accounts to klink.cloud, users may see **"Need admin approval"** message. This means your IT admin must grant permission first.

### Quick Fix (Choose One)

#### Option 1: Via K-LINK (Easiest)

1. Sign in to [app.klink.cloud](https://app.klink.cloud) with any user account
2. Go to **Settings** > **Message Integration** > **Email**
3. Click **"Connect with Microsoft"**
4. **Sign in with admin account** (not regular user)
5. Click **"Accept"** to approve

✅ Done! All users can now connect their emails.

#### Option 2: Via Azure Portal

1. Sign in to [portal.azure.com](https://portal.azure.com) with admin account
2. Go to **Azure Active Directory** > **Enterprise Applications**
3. Search for **"Unipile"**
4. Click **Permissions** > **"Grant admin consent"**
5. Click **"Accept"**
