Profile and 2FA

Update your profile and turn on two-factor authentication for your account.

What it is

Profile is your personal account settings in the workspace. Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) adds a second step at sign-in with an authenticator app, so a password alone is not enough.

Workspace-wide SSO is separate. If your company uses SSO, see Single Sign-On (SSO). 2FA here is for password-based sign-in on your profile.

Open your profile

  1. Go to Settings, then Profile.

  2. Update your personal details as needed and save.

Enable two-factor authentication (2FA)

  1. Go to Settings, then Profile and find Two-Factor Authentication (2FA).

  2. Click Enable 2FA, then Continue.

  3. Scan the QR code with Google Authenticator, Authy, or Microsoft Authenticator (or copy the key), then Next.

  4. Enter the 6-digit code and click Verify & Activate.

  5. Save your recovery codes (copy or download). Each works once. Click I've saved my codes.

Disable 2FA

  1. Go to Settings, then Profile, then Two-Factor Authentication (2FA).

  2. Click Disable and confirm.
