# Call Campaign

Call Campaign lets you upload a list of leads and dial them automatically, one after another, instead of calling each contact by hand

### Overview

Call Campaign lets you upload a list of leads and dial them automatically, one after another, instead of calling each contact by hand. It works like an auto-dialer: the system places the next call as soon as the previous one ends, and you can pause or resume at any time.

Typical use cases: outbound sales lists, renewal or collection follow-ups, survey calls, event invitations.

### Before you start

* You need permission to create campaigns.
* Your outbound voice channel must be configured and working.
* Prepare your lead list as a spreadsheet (CSV or Excel) with one lead per row and a phone number column in international format, for example +6585900251.
* Agents who will run the campaign should be logged in and available.

### 1. Create a campaign

1. Go to **Call Campaign** in the left menu.
2. Click **New Campaign**.
3. Enter a campaign name. Use something you will recognise later, for example "September Renewal Calls".
4. Assign one or more agents to the campaign. These are the users who will handle the calls. You can assign the campaign to yourself for testing.
5. Save. The campaign is created and appears in your campaign list.

### 2. Upload your leads

1. Open the campaign you just created.
2. Click **Upload** and select your spreadsheet file.
3. Map the columns if prompted, so the system knows which column holds the phone number.
4. Confirm the upload. All leads now appear in the campaign list, one row per lead.

Check the row count after upload. If some rows are missing, the phone numbers in those rows are usually in the wrong format.

### 3. Start the campaign

Click **Start Campaign**.

The system begins dialing the first lead. When that call ends, it automatically moves to the next lead in the list and dials again. You do not need to dial anything manually.

Each call connects to an assigned agent, who talks to the customer as normal. Ending the call releases the agent, and the next call starts within a few seconds.

### 4. Monitor the campaign

While the campaign is running you can see:

* Which lead is being called right now
* How many calls have been completed
* How many leads are still pending
* Call outcome per lead
* Call recordings, which you can play back from the lead row

### 5. Pause and resume

* Click **Pause** to stop the campaign. No new calls are placed. Any call already in progress continues until it ends.
* Click **Resume** to continue. Dialing picks up from the next lead in the list, so no lead is called twice and none are skipped.

Pause is useful during breaks, when agents are unavailable, or when you need to check a result before continuing.

### Tips

* Run a short test campaign with 2 or 3 of your own numbers before uploading a full list.
* Assign enough agents for the list size. With one agent, calls are placed strictly one at a time.
* Review recordings after the campaign for coaching and quality checks.

### Troubleshooting

| Issue | What to check |
| ------------------------- | ----------------------------------------------------------------- |
| Campaign will not start | Confirm at least one agent is assigned and available |
| Some leads did not upload | Check phone number format and that the column is mapped correctly |
| Calls fail immediately | Verify the outbound voice channel and caller ID configuration |
| No recording on a call | Confirm call recording is enabled for your account |
