Release Note: Call Recording Pause and Resume Feature Release Date: November 21, 2024 Weβre excited to announce the release of the Pause and Resume Call Recording feature in the K-LINK dashboard. This enhancement empowers agents with greater flexibility and control during customer interactions. Key Features:
Pause Recording During Calls
Agents can pause call recordings during inbound or outbound calls directly from the call UI.
Hover over the Pause button to view the tooltip βPause recording.β
Clicking the Pause button pauses the recording, ensuring sensitive or off-record moments remain private.
Resume Recording Seamlessly
When the recording is paused, the Resume button appears in place of the Pause button.
Hover over the Resume button to view the tooltip βResume recording.β
Clicking the Resume button resumes recording, ensuring the rest of the call is documented.
Intuitive and Accessible Controls
Recording controls are accessible in the main call tab or other relevant dashboard windows.
Clear tooltips provide guidance on button functionality for a seamless user experience.
