# Recipe: One-click wrap-up

A **custom (manual)** workflow agents run on demand to auto-fill the case log, tag the case, set a disposition, and close it.

## Quick setup

1. Go to **Workflow** and click **New workflow**.
2. Name it, for example **Wrap up case**.
3. **Trigger:** **When run manually**.
4. **Actions** (in order): **Auto Case Log**, then **Add Chat Tags**, then **Set Disposition**, then **Close Chat**.
5. **Save**, and make sure the workflow is **active** (only active custom workflows appear in the Run workflow picker).

## How agents run it

* On one conversation: open it in the Inbox, click **Run workflow** (⚡), pick **Wrap up case**.
* On many cases: **CX Log**, select rows, bulk **Run workflow**.

With the manual trigger, **Message content** and **Hold label** conditions are not available.
